It's sad. I did not wake up and see her. What a dream. Hah.
Anyway, really a big THANK YOU to all my friends who remembered my birthday and sending me well wishes. Those little words, to me, meant more than all the gifts that anyone could get in the world. Counting, there were more wishes this year than last. =)
Lets take a review of how i spent the first day of my 19th year on this planet called Earth.
I woke up near noon. Studied my F&B till around 2 plus before leaving for Heartland Mall to do some shopping. In the end, i only bought this new comic called Chrome Breaker. I think the NDP'o4 shirt that i wore today is really my lucky charm; I hit the jackpot! The artwork is considerably good and the storyline is really mind intriguing.
The story is about this Child of Satan, or otherwise known to humans as demons, who is a protector of the reincarnation of Mother Mary. I foresee love to spark off between this two most unlikely duo. Till then, i can't wait for the second book to be out!
After my visit at Heartland Mall, i went down to Bugis Street in the hope i could get a copy of BoA's latest album. However, it was a wasted trip as it is not available in the market yet. Guess i'll just have to wait a month or so. So, i went to Bugis Junction and in one of the stores selling OSIM products, i saw my 2E1 classmaye Suelyn! Haha, that thick make-up. It's good to know my friends are doing well. Her pay as a sales promoter is $8/h. I'm so envious of girls...looks pay off after all. lol
My craving for food soon manifested and i proceeded to Sunshine Plaza to get my Fried Wan Ton noodles from the famous Parklane Wanton. After my sumptious meal, i took bus 12 down to Siglap South CC before changing bus 13 to VJC and walked to ECP. After all, every birthday, i would go out at night to some quiet place to calm my soul. Tonight, ECP was really the ideal place. The sunset was beautiful, the sky was clear, the breeze was cooling, and the atmosphere tranquil. I combed half the beach before finally coming back home.
As i enter my the 19th year of my life, Naruto and Bleach anime has also entered its second phase of release. Yes! Naruto anime is back from its fillers! I cant wait for the next episode whereby Naruto and Sakura shall take on Kakashi in a training showdown. As for bleach, we will soon see Ichigo learn to become a full Vizard. Whoa
Back to studies, i did study quite a fair bit of my F&B throughout today. I will finish it by tonight! Tomorrow i shall complete my econs and start on POM. At least that's the plan for now. Hope i don't deviate too much from it.
To be frank, i'm actually not a happy soul today. I know birthdays are no special day in truth, but it's really sad when negative elements have to turn it sour. Perhaps it's good intentions; but definitely wrong approach!
Okay i better not get too emotional now. I just want to say i missed her the whole day but i made the effort to be just a friend. Thank you for remembering my birthday. I won't ask for more.
P.S. Those who forgot to wish me this year must remember to wish me next year wor..hehe..
